The 4th Steering Committee meeting of the project MONET - Culture in Motion in Adriatic Networks of Museums was organized on 01 October 2019 in Bari, Italy. The meeting was hosted by project partner Puglia Region - Department of Tourism, Economy Of Culture And Valorisation Of Territory, together with Lead Partner Ministry of Culture of Montenegro, with the participation of the Italian partners, beside the Regione Puglia: ARATRO – the University of Molise’s Archive of Electronic Arts and Laboratory for Contemporary Art and Pino Pascali Museum of Contemporary Art. The aim of this meeting was also the performance of Midterm review, hosted by JS's Officers Chiara Campanile and Davide Marcianò. Project partners have presented the activities and results already achieved, among which the international young artist laboratories exchange in the first place, and also the very fruitful exchange about the general project’s progress and plans by the end of the calendar year which coincide with the 4th reporting period closure has been discussed. Particular attention has been given to financial and reporting issues, overall management improvement and participative actions by all partners in order to achieve and to fulfil the recommendations from JS in regard to the certain questions arose about the project change (budget reallocation and possible project extension period). Project Management Plan has been updated with the deadlines for the implementation of the activities already launched and those to be started for the upcoming period. In order to achieve the foreseen results in the best possible manner, different tasks, based upon the partner's own responsibilities within the project management have been assigned and the agreement on dynamics and timeframe for its realisation to be respected as well.
